Edge lit signs can be made in various sizes and utilise a number of techniques
to produce the final desired image or effect.
They are LED illuminated and powered from a 12Volt supply making them
totally safe. They can even be operated from a car battery! Made from
acrylic they're safe to mount virtually anywhere and you don't have to
worry about the dangers of breaking glass either.
They produce no heat and have a bulb life of about 60,000 hours. Because
of their very low power consumption they only cost about 30 cents per
24 hours for continuous running.
The signs can
be configured for desk top display or suspended from a ceiling or wall,
they can be mounted in a display frame, or self standing. The signs can
also be made single or double sided.
